About The Artist:

Eleanor Loseby is a freelance illustrator from Leicester, UK. She specialises in mixed media work that combines a mix of colourful watercolour, fun textures and digital painting. Her work often focuses on mental wellbeing and uses bright and inviting illustrations to spread positive messages through her art.

After graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Illustration and Animation at Coventry University, Eleanor published her own book ".Dawn - A Recovery Journal and Workbook" for eating disorders. Since its publication she has been featured in the local news, BBC East Midlands Today and Radio 4 for her work using illustrations to guide people through eating disorder recovery.

Nowadays Eleanor works with clients on a one to one basis to create whimsical and creative illustrations for projects worldwide. By focusing on the fun she harnesses a childlike charm that can only be achieved through playful, artistic mess.

When she isn't illustrating children's books, you can usually find Eleanor foraging for berries like a woodland fairy, doing yoga in a fluffy onesie or baking something that isn't quite edible (whoops!). When the inspiration hits, Eleanor will use anything to paint with, including her favourite - cold coffee - which often gets mistaken for dirty brush water.

Ellie pays attention to detail, adds her own flair, and is open to suggestions. I highly recomend her services to anyone looking to add some creativity into their lives!"

"Working with Eleanor on ‘the Reality Manifesto’ brought my work to life - the illustrations were so accurate, it felt like she had a portal into my brain! Not only is her work exceptional, she’s also wonderful  to work with, and makes you feel like you’re really part of a collaborative team. I’m so grateful to have discovered her!"
